About Ghost Lady

Heyyo! I'm Alex Palermo, and I've been in love with cooking and baking my entire life. The name Ghost Lady Gourmet comes partially from an interest in all things spooky, and partially from a joke my cousin's friends made about a local bagel shop that I thought was hilarious.

I enjoy exploring new cuisines, experimenting with new flavors, and learning new cooking techniques. Anyone who knows me knows I rarely cook the same dish twice. This site is my personal recipe library — a place to save the recipes that deserve to be made again. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
